Chest Wall Implantation of Lung Cancer after Percutaneous Needle Biopsy

Abstract
Percutaneous needle biopsy(PCNB) is well known effective, minimal invasive diagnostic procedure for lung cancer diagnosis. Tumor seeding from the biopsy tract is very rare condition. A 65-year-old man was diagnosed lung cancer via PCNB. After 15 months, the chest wall implantation of lung cancer was confirmed at the previous PCNB site. He underwent en bloc chest wall resection and chest wall reconstruction with Gore-tex patch. He has been fallow up without complication and tumor recurrence for 23 months.
